DON’T HIDE FROM YOUR REALITY
Men wear shorts only.
Women wear a bra & shorts only.
This is a SERIOUS level of accountability so let it all hang out.
Be HONEST & ACCURATE.
Make sure your face is not cut off.
Don’t edit the photos.
Don’t use any photo apps because side-by-sides are NOT acceptable.
Control the variable and keep the photos the same for each photo session.
Be transparent.
Be fearless.
Don’t use any body magic, girdles or stomach wraps.
Don’t not distort or shrink your photo(s). Natural shots.
Don’t use any tight clothing because they tend to distort reality.
Don’t edit or add anything to the photos.
Wear clothing like they do on The Biggest Loser.
KEEP EVERYTHING THE SAME
FRONT, BACK, LEFT, RIGHT
Capture and Upload New Photos & Measurements on the assigned days – Make sure your photographer knows to keep everything the same (same camera, same zoom, same angle, same height, same distance away, etc):
