The Hip Back And Knee Release



APPLICATION: Use this static stretch routine to improve your hip, back and knee range-of-motion for better movements.


INSTRUCTIONS: Go to the point of resistance, then back-off to relax into the stretch everytime you exhale. The key words are, "Relax Into the Stretch."
