Member Bite 03: Fewer Interruptions, More Intention
TEAMRBS MEMBER BITES • 03
Community first. Small actions. Shared growth.
One bite. One useful action. ID: TRBS-MB-03
You do not have to respond to every alert to be an involved teammate.
Your bite
Choose how group updates appear on your screen.
Here’s why
Fewer interruptions can make room for focused work and intentional participation.
Do this — Website
1. Log in to TeamRBS.com and open your group.
2. Open More Actions at the top right of the group.
3. Select Notification Settings.
4. On the Website tab, turn notifications on or off, or select the available activity types you want.
5. Select Save. If you use a member app, review the Mobile App tab separately.
Phone alerts — Optional
Your phone has another layer of controls:
• iPhone: Settings > Notifications > your member app. Adjust Allow Notifications, sounds, and where alerts appear.
• Android: Settings > Notifications > App notifications > your member app. Available labels and choices vary by device.
Device controls may affect alerts from other communities in the same app, not just TeamRBS. Changing alerts for your mail app can affect other emails too.
You’re done when
Your saved group settings match your choices. If you changed phone settings, those choices are set too.
If you get stuck
Tell mwiggins@teamrbs.com whether you are using the website or an app, and which device you have. Never send your password.
Choose a repeatable check-in routine—for example, a morning visit to plan and an evening visit to reflect. That is a suggestion, not another program requirement.
