Before you open your program or group, know whether you are logged in and which form you need.

Your bite

Check your login status, then choose the correct form.

Here’s why

Visiting TeamRBS.com does not mean you are logged in. Recognizing your login status helps you know your next step. Log In opens an existing account. Sign Up creates a new account.

Watch the walkthrough

In this video, Coach Mario demonstrates both skills using the TeamRBS website on an iPad. Pause and follow along.

For a closer view, use the video player’s fullscreen control. Pause whenever you need time to follow along.

Do this — Website

1. Check your login status

  1. Open TeamRBS.com in your browser.

  2. On the iPad view demonstrated, look at the upper right beside the website menu.

  3. If you see Log In, you are logged out.

  4. If you see Hi followed by your account name, with a profile icon and dropdown arrow, you are logged in. You do not need a personal photo to recognize this.

2. Find the right form

Tap Log In to open the form. Read the heading before entering your information.

Already have an account? Use the Log In form. If the heading says Sign Up, tap the Log In link beside Already have an account?

Need to create an account? Use the Sign Up form. If the heading says Log In, tap the Sign up link beside Don’t have an account?

Those links switch between the two forms. You do not have to leave the website or start over.

Log in to your existing account

Use the same sign-in method you used when you created your TeamRBS account: email and password, Continue with Google, or Continue with Facebook.

For email login, enter your email address and password, then tap Log In. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the Log In form.

After logging in, check that Log In has changed to your account name and member menu.

Keep this in mind

If you already have a TeamRBS account, choose Log In. You do not need to create another account each time you visit.

This walkthrough shows the website on an iPad. The placement may differ on a phone or in the Spaces app.

Try it now

Open TeamRBS.com. Can you tell whether you are logged in? If you need to log in, check the form heading and use the link to switch if needed.

Support your team

Help a teammate recognize the difference between Log In and Sign Up. Share this guide when someone needs help getting started. Keep passwords private.

Check your status. Choose your form. Take your next step.
