Your membership opens possibilities. This bite helps you reach the work you came to do.

This Bite is for members with a program included in a purchased plan or another approved entitlement. Free community membership alone does not include every paid program. If you have no included program, explore its description and decide whether an optional paid service fits your goals.

Your bite

Find and join a program included with your membership.

Here’s why

Having a membership and being enrolled in a program are not always the same thing. Let’s confirm your access before you begin.

Do this — Website

1. Log in to TeamRBS.com using the account connected to your membership purchase.

2. Open My Programs from your member menu to look for existing access. If needed, open Programs from the site navigation and select the correct program or session.

3. Review the access information. If you see “Included in Your Plan,” that is your cue to continue using your existing membership.

4. If Join appears, select it and follow the prompts. If you already have access, open the program instead.

5. Open an available lesson or step and read its instructions.

You’re done when

You can open the program’s participant content—not just its description or payment page.

If you get stuck

If an included program asks you to buy again, stop before paying. Contact mwiggins@teamrbs.com with the program name, your membership name, and the screen where you stopped. Never send your password or card details.
