Here’s what you do: * Register to do the 21-Day FatBeGone & MuscleComeOn Program. * Privately upload your reflections and photos (front, back, left & right) at the start & end of the program then complete the weight checks every Wednesday & Saturday (Days 1, 4, 7, 11, 14, 18 & 21). * Stay engaged to get the most from the private discussion area and from those who are doing the program with you. * Follow the lead of the coach & work the program as it is designed specifically for you.
